TaskVue is a product of Stone Compass Labs LLC. This notice covers the TaskVue informational website and request-access form, not data held in a TaskVue product account.
What the request form collects and why
We ask for your name, business email, company, and a description of how your team currently tracks work. Team size and industry are optional. We use this information to evaluate the inquiry and correspond with you about TaskVue access. Please do not include passwords, customer records, or sensitive personal information in the description. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Request records also contain receipt time, review status, review time, last-contact time when recorded, whether a qualified conversation is active, and deletion scheduling metadata. These support follow-up and retention management. An identifier and a keyed digest support duplicate-request handling.
Hosting, storage, and service providers
Cloudflare Pages serves the website; Pages Functions processes form submissions and optional event counts; Cloudflare D1 stores inquiry records, retention metadata, rate-limit records, and aggregate event counts. Cloudflare Workers runs scheduled retention maintenance. Authorized reviewers and service operators handle inquiry records.
Cloudflare processes technical connection information when providing these services. Turnstile processes browser and connection signals, including IP address and browser information, for abuse detection. Cloudflare describes its service-provider processing and its own use of signals to improve Turnstile in its Turnstile Privacy Addendum and Privacy Policy. This notice does not promise a particular storage country or provider backup-deletion period.
Automated inquiry notifications are not enabled on this website. Any future notification or export copies must be included in the approved access and deletion process before real inquiries are collected.
Spam and abuse protection
The form uses Turnstile verification, input limits, a spam-trap field, and submission-rate limits. Rate-limit keys are derived from connection IP addresses or email addresses using a keyed digest; these pseudonymous keys are separate from optional analytics and expire by their rate-limit window. The current submission windows are one hour and one day. Expired records are removed by maintenance. The application does not log form answers or challenge tokens. This does not mean Cloudflare processes no technical data.
Inquiry retention and deletion
- Unreviewed inquiries: delete after 90 days from receipt.
- Inactive or unqualified inquiries: delete after 90 days from the recorded transition into that status. Repeating the same classification does not restart the clock.
- Qualified inquiries: retain while the conversation is active, then delete 12 calendar months after the last recorded contact. Closing a conversation does not start a new 12-month period. If that deadline has already passed when the conversation closes, it is due for deletion.
Reviewers record genuine contact dates and whether conversations remain active. Retention maintenance checks recorded deadlines daily and removes eligible inquiries in bounded batches. Inconsistent or incomplete lifecycle metadata is held for operator review; an active qualified conversation is not selected for deletion. Operators monitor maintenance status and any overdue backlog.
You can request deletion using the contact address below. We may need enough information to verify and locate your inquiry. The procedure removes the selected inquiry and checks for notification or export copies. Deletion-batch summaries record time, reason, and counts without retaining the deleted inquiry’s contents or identifier; these summaries are removed after 90 days. Provider backups and technical records may follow different lifecycles. We do not promise immediate erasure from every backup.
Optional analytics and your choice
Optional analytics starts only after you choose Allow analytics. Rejecting it does not prevent a request submission or disable necessary spam protection. If allowed, the site counts page views, access and sign-in button clicks, and form start, submission, success, and error events. These first-party counts use predefined categories and exclude form answers, inquiry identifiers, raw URL parameters, and persistent visitor identifiers. Campaign and referral values are reduced to approved categories.
The choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. Use Analytics preferences in the homepage footer to change it; withdrawal stops future optional events. Existing aggregate counts cannot be linked to you for individual removal and are scheduled for deletion after 90 days. This website does not activate the separate Cloudflare Web Analytics beacon, advertising pixels, or session replay.
